Upasna Bhunjun is a lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Open University of Mauritius. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the association of Human Resource Professionals in Mauritius. Her main roles as an academic include teaching, supervision and moderation of dissertation, conducting research, programme development and manual writing. As an academic, she is actively involved in the designing and planning of programme of study at different levels in her disciplinary area. Besides being an academic, she is also the Programme Manager of several undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the Open University of Mauritius. Her area of interest includes talent management, performance management, human resource development, and open and distance learning.
